Pain Management

Relieve Your Pain. Restore Your Life.

Minimally invasive treatments for chronic pain — without addictive medications.

At OMNY Pain Management, our mission is to help you get back to living life on your terms.
We specialize in advanced, minimally invasive procedures for chronic pain affecting the hips, knees, back, neck, and shoulders.

Whether your pain comes from arthritis, nerve irritation, spinal stenosis, or surgery that hasn’t fully relieved your symptoms, we offer a wide range of cutting-edge solutions — without relying on addictive medications.

Our goal is to treat the source of pain, not just mask it.

Conditions We Treat

  • Joint pain – hips, knees, shoulders, elbows, and more
  • Arthritis – osteoarthritis of the spine or extremity joints
  • Back and neck pain – lumbar, thoracic, and cervical pain
  • Radiculopathy (pinched nerves) – shooting pain, numbness, or tingling in arms or legs
  • Spinal stenosis – pain and heaviness in the legs with walking
  • Post-surgical pain – ongoing pain even after back or joint surgery
  • Neuropathic and complex pain syndromes

Joint Pain Relief

We offer a variety of non-surgical joint treatments to help restore mobility and decrease pain:

  • Corticosteroid injections – reduce inflammation in painful joints
  • Viscosupplementation (“gel injections”) – improve knee joint cushioning and lubrication
  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy – uses your body’s own healing factors to promote tissue repair

Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

For arthritis of the low back, mid-back, or neck, we use radiofrequency ablation to target the nerves that carry pain signals.

This procedure can provide long-lasting pain relief, often lasting 6–12 months or more, and can reduce or even eliminate the need for pain medications, stand for longer periods of time, walk longer distances, and sleep.

Epidural Injections for Radicular Pain

When a pinched nerve causes shooting pain, numbness, or tingling (such as sciatica), epidural steroid injections can calm inflammation, reduce pain, and improve function — so you can get moving again.

MILD® Procedure for Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

If you have pain or heaviness in your legs that worsens with walking or standing, it could be due to lumbar spinal stenosis.

The MILD procedure (Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression) removes small pieces of thickened tissue through a tiny incision, helping to restore space in the spinal canal.

This treatment can significantly reduce leg pain and improve walking ability, with minimal downtime and no stitches.

Spinal Cord and Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) Stimulation

For patients with refractory pain — especially after surgery — spinal cord stimulators (SCS) and DRG stimulators offer a powerful option.

These devices interrupt pain signals before they reach the brain, helping to reduce severe, ongoing pain without the risks of chronic opioid use.

Medication Management — Without Addiction Risk

While we do prescribe non-addictive pain medications to help you heal and stay active, we do NOT prescribe opioid or controlled substances.

This ensures our care remains safe, sustainable, and focused on long-term health.
Our treatments are designed to fix the problem, not just cover it up.
